How do I convert text to title case with this case converter?

What is the difference between sentence case and title case?
Sentence case capitalises only the first word of each sentence and proper nouns, so most words stay lowercase. Title case capitalises most words in a heading or title. Use sentence case for normal paragraphs and title case for headings, book titles and article titles where a formal style is expected.
